Water Deposit Tanks
There are two water deposit tanks insitu. One feeds the main house (1500 litres), and the other is a 'safety tank' (2000 litres) primarily for irrigating the land and trees in summer.
South West Baltasara
Earthbag & wood constructed communal kitchen/salon, a compost loo, a kitted out workshop, three wooden decks (homes to yurts/tipi), a cob built shelter, an ecologically built sauna, and the ancient circular stone built water deposit for irrigation and bathing.

This construction is approx 5m x 4m and is made using earthbags with a wooden internal frame. It is partially rendered with a lime render and is cladded by chestnut planks. The roof is finished with corrugated iron cladding.

On the interior is a fully fitted working kitchen with: gas hob, electric hot pot, kettle, shelves and cupboards, stainless steel worktop and sink unit, seating area with table and a wood burning stove.

Compost Toilet

An ecologically built sauna using cob, lime, wooden framework and is serviced with a rocket stove. Suitable at full capacity for 8 people. The interior is beautifully finished with polished lime plaster walls and hand crafted carob wood benches and electricity.
Ancient Circular Stone Built Alberca
This is an amazing construction of stone and lime that holds approximately 10,000 litres of water that arrives from the official water source stream. Can be used for irrigation and bathing (plunge pool).
Water Deposits for Irrigation and Amenities
There are two water tanks holding approximately 4,000 litres of water plumbed in for water in the kitchen/salon area.
Solar Panel System
